Security Survey

TSC offers a Security Survey which consists of a thorough physical examination of the theatre site and/or neighborhood and its operation with respect to personnel. A Crime Vulnerability Assessment is used to identify the risk of personal and property crimes in the area in comparison to the national and state levels of criminality . The analysis predicts the relative vulnerability of the site to crimes against people and property. Unlike police statistics, demographic data is plugged into a computer program to identify crime ridden areas. Such demographic factors as household income, family size, mobility and population density provide a better indication of whether an area is dangerous.

While the protection of assets and the safety of your employees and guests are usually the principal priorities of a security survey, the greatest benefit achieved by theatre owners today is probably limiting exposure to premises liability litigation.
